The best way to understand how money comes back to Brookside is via the following extract from David explaining how cash from lease sales is alocated to Brookside, Black Mesa and the offbalance sheet funder. This example is specific to the 11 acres recently sold, but the overall mechanics of futher lease sales will be of a similar vein.
