Anyway, upon reading it, it's actually pretty good! From what I understand, they will set up a trust that will look for investors IN the trust and that trust will be funding (or help fund) the spend on the well to get it up to scratch. Means, raised funds without the dilution to SHE!

Can anyone clarify if the trust will fund the whole spend for a % of revenue or if it's just going to fund % of the spend along with BRK and SHE that would be great!

Anyway, MT-LT play from the looks of it but with a $4m market cap and $1.8m in cash ($2.2m EV!!!!) and has assets already producing?.. Can definitely do worse.

Couple that with that COVID-19 vaccine and increase in oil and gas prices, this should be back to cash flow positive once the prices continue to increase.
