It really looks like it now. If you were proving up reserves to facilitate a land sale you would do that as fast as you could to minimise the time you held land. Worrying about a couple of million for a well or stressing over the price of oil over the next six months would not enter your brain.
BRK are going down the production pathway with the slight possibility of selling land if they can manage it. Dan is on the money, this is a long term hold for JV into production. Major pivot going on.
