Fair point but my concern is the company will no longer be able to raise funds for many reasons - 1) the SP is too low to raise sufficient funds which will lead to further dilution hence destroying wealth of existing holders and 2) they can't seem to raise money without being generous to sophisticated investors who will keep doing exactly what they did in the past (i.e. make quick money selling for pips). If the consolidation is the only way to fix this, so be it!
