BRK are actually pretty clear on there strategy. The only problem is they have come out and told everyone don't take the timelines presented in the investor presentation as anything other than a rough guide at best and any drilling scheduled is determined by securing a rig crew which is more about being opportunistic.
Like others have said I just don't see what the catalyst will be for shareholders to see a ROI. 12 months ago I thought we could see a 12c to 20c SP in the future but now it seems 3c to 4c and a buy out is what people are hoping for.
