Thanks @TheProfessional there is a big run of news expected and happy to refocus on that. Completely correct that the MR was dated back therefore production and hopeful appreciation of land and WTI price may increase the PV10 somewhat.
Also I believe expected is an independent valuation. Current MC + MR would give a valuation ~$32 million. Factor for SWISH acrage and other producing wells = massively undervalued
Put aside all the conspiracy theories and theories they are unless confirmed I'm concentrating on the knowns..maybe the options are in or out, I dont know however there still is time. If not post option period Imo the heads price will surely have to catch a more realistic value.
