i think we shouldn't over egg these oil price increases in relation to BRK's sp this will be a short term blip and have little or no effect in BRK's value as per today's sp reaction they (BRK ) make very little out oil sales its more added value too their acreage and the pace BRK are moving the oil price will be back to normal long before BRK sell any land hence this blip will have no effect imo -the market wants to SEE the money and at the moment all we can see is the large draw down of funding.
