I only work in the industry day in day out, so what would i know. 83-4? what does that have to do with anything.
Just because a well is successful eventually doesn't
a) mean it was on schedule
b) mean it was on budget
c) mean that nothing went wrong in any of the multiple operations that make up a producing well.
I was asked for my opinion and i voiced a few issue that arise regularly. Plan for the worst, hope for the best.
