You can email the company secretary, they will/can send you a form which states how many options you want to convert, and how much to pay and the payment details (bpay or directly). Once this is done, they will then have to issue the shares and the frequency is up to the company sec, you can just ask them. But I would think perhaps min weekly or bimonthly. As mentioned, announcements are made when shares are issued, but you can also login to the share registry and check.
