Thanks for the input MM and welcome to the club!
I don't blame you for wanting to bail out after this, I might be right behind you yet but I'm curious to see what they do with that million and a half of our money first...it all sounds great of course but then it always does... proof will be in the Xmas pudding.
Like many no doubt, I thought the capital raise was poorly timed at bargain basement prices but hey, that's why I took up full entitlement plus some and was hoping for a big swag of 0.0001 options. Not a lot of downside there and we could have already flipped some for 100-200%.
But someone else got ours.
Here is what they said in their original shareholders letter on August 5th.


So I guess at the directors discretion they decided against prioritizing existing option holders after all it seems.
Unless of course the 300M Option Offer was heavily oversubscribed but curiously that information has not been forthcoming by way of an ASX announcement.
Unlike the Entitlement Offer which was subject of a 100M share shortfall so apparently not all shareholders were thrilled about giving them more money although I saw it as an opportunity to reduce my entry price below the strike price of the options and get a free option that I've since sold.



.....that was since "placed" by the corporate advisors.


I've done a bit more digging into the company statements and that raises some other rather curious anomalies....
I'll post that in a bit.
