Would love to BUY this stock but little tricks like this stop me:
The recent/current cap raise will issue:
1,000,000,000 shares
and
1,050,000,000 options (BRKOB's)
So far, so good
Until you read the Appendix 2A
The shares are issued with the 1 for 2 free 1.1c option (so 550,000,000 options)
And very cleverly/sneakily 500,000,000 options issued to management !
Totals 1,050,000,000
Trading at 0.005 is a nice $2.5m pay day for them
I'm not saying this isn't going to 10c but I just can't bring myself to support this scam
