I respect what you have to say Moosie and find your charts and insights genuinely interesting. I'd prefer you hang around! Having a contrary viewpoint to challenge thinking is always helpful, however X rams the same lines down everyone's throat again and again - even after it's been made clear that they've been heard - it is an arrogant approach that will earn little respect. X does themselves no favours in their approach. They seems to think that EVERYONE has to be as upset as they are about mgmt decisions, and clearly not everyone is. Those blinkers may be to their disadvantage, but we're all adults, and X needs to get through the grieving process and move forward with their life.
