- -The court case is a non issue. The contract with L&M is clear in its content and its intent. In the unlikely event of a negative result, appeals would go on for years. L&M are clutching at straws as they see that the prospect of an early return has slipped away.Does this mean in your opinion there is no desire to develop the Buller Assetts despite the 100% ownership to BRLRegards
