Yes. The only important factors are the efficiency of the company. The outlook for its business. The fluctuations of prices. Continuing demand for product. The ability to satisfy demand and, very important, the green political lobby.
Although I have been buying, the outlook will remain volatile, and I can't help my very cautious attitude.
I have a feeling that many others are the same.
If China and India decide to tighten their budgets prices will soon reduce.
Perhaps cautious optimism describes it.
