lol.......if they wanted it the company would not be spending investors money going to the high court to prevent them from paying the first trigger point payment of $55m.
I am sure BRL management are also very well aware that the original purchase price (agreed to in 2010) is more than likely 3 x todays value.
Lets not forget $55m is only 50% of the final purchase price as another $55m is payable once they hit the next trigger point.
