the chart movements reflect investor/trader sentiment. sentiment is governed by by what is happening in the real world that affects the company

what is currently happening that is relevant to bathurst is uncertainty over the nz election result and it's possible effects on brl AND currently a bearish outlook for coking coal prices primarily due to china govt policy to curb pollution during its winter.

hopefully, tne nationals will get in in nz... winston peter's told people on the west coast in july that he supported them and would like to see more of the royalties from west coast coal mining being distributed back to the west coast...... didn't seem like he was against coal mining there

i can't access that media article now.... perhaps someone else can
don't know how, therefore, he could possibly jump into bed with the Greens and vice versa

people should follow Metal Bulletin to keep up to date with coal price news and opinions from coal traders: buyers for china steel mills/sellers for the coal....... and follow coal price forcasts from your brokers/ concensus forcasts from media articles eg on Global Coal CME markets

if labour get in, so be it...... brl wil be fine.... they arn't going to close the mines down
bearish outlook for coking coal prices dosen't mean they will fall through the floor.... china govt would not let that happen.... it wants it's coal/steel industries to be profitable and so will regulate a not too hot, not too cold price for coal which is good for the coal companies and good for the steel companies.......

and global macro picture for commodities demand continues to improve
    all good for BRL

BRL are also working to bring production costs down further

if nationals get in and there is no 'new tax' imposed on brl for its coal, i bet the share price will react positively and the chart will reflect that positive news
