Whilst BRL have been a terrific partner and very helpful for JAL holders to not be diluted, could we have an amazing situation in that BRL will be unable to fund development if EA is eventually approved in 12 months time (fingers crossed on EA). JAL has first right over the BRL % of Crown Mountain. Whilst i understand there is no change from them to develop Crown Mountain, i struggle to see how they can fund CAD $110m. Sadly they have had a double whammy of covid, prices, & now legal + USD$40m including interest and costs. BRL will be doing everything possible to advance Crown Mountain, but reality of cash flow/funding not being able to meet capex requirement may take over. I wish BRL all the best as they have been a great JV partner but we kind of need to get real with it too. Could end up being a terrific opportunity for JAL holders.
