of the present and the future, will be a guide. also have an idea of the quality
of management.
the mystery for me is the recent volume being bought from asia. someone is
definitely taking a position at cheap prices. (although the buyer reports from asia,
the buyer is not necessarily from there)
for the small punter the downside is minimal.
we have been led to understand
that the quality of our coking coal is tops. plus the chartists seem to think the
price is ready to adjust to another level.
the isolated location of the resource also seems to be an issue.
BUT the fact remains that the share price is cheap, the resource is ready to mine,
the company is cash positive in local sales, the major review has been positive, and coking
coal is likely to be industrially important and of increasing value as markets recover.
lets await the annual report and company/management guidance. they must be
wrestling with that at the moment !!
