the chartists and the market-watchers are coming together. commodities
are predicted to be bottoming out (perhaps along with the stocks of
coking coal ??) its got to turn around at some point. the investor taking a
cheap position is onto a medium/long term bargain. must have mopped
up a pile by now, close to 20 per cent
