BRL acknowledge that they shipped 18,000 odd ton thru media releases. For that they paid a royalty and LMCH accepted it knowing full well that a site development stock pile existed. Now knowing that BRL are in the drivers seat for further Escarpment development, LMCH are having a go, as they know if they lose this case BRL are going screw them back on price or simply develop a cheaper site immediately adjacent.

You obviously have a short position on this share that’s going very bad, hence the significant and repetitive down ramping. We all have our motives I suppose.
