I agree .
I did say that with the inevitable appeals it will be at least year end,so probably longer.
BRL will own solid energy assets and will be producing and bringing in cash with in 5 months.
That's when LM coal will run for cover as they will not have anywhere near the money or market cap to fight BRL for a long time.
