    "On my calculations 138.9 million shares fully diluted - cash in bank 112 million equates to 1.24 per share."

    I get 80.6c per share, more shares than dollars means it has to be under $1?

    Also if fully diluted they would have another $3.4 million from the options exercised, doesn't make a big difference.
