    WR has stated adnauseum that he has the funds to take BRM to phase #1 production. With BRM trading at a massive discount to its cash levels it would be very tempting for a predator to simply take it out as opposed to "taking a stake"

    Perhaps BRM should look at taking a stake in someone else?
