brm in advanced negotiations with wah nam?

It's been very quiet since Wah Nam got control. Unusually quiet. Could it be that BRM are now in 'advanced negotiations' with Wah Nam?

BRM have only said they 'might' to go back to ASIC and / or Takeover panel. Perhaps they are keeping evidence on share transactions between associates as negotiation leverage to get a a fair deal?

I'm guessing if we see an announcement from BRM stating they are going back to ASIC or the takeover panel, then negotiations with Wah Nam have been unsuccessful?

All we can do is wait. Neither party is saying anything or showing leadership at the moment. Let's hope BRM can solve this fiasco quicker than the 'advanced negotiations' with FMG.
