Thanks Gringo - interesting read... of course it's all futile when you have Oakshott and Windsor "across the issues".
The current MRRT model is a dream for BHP & RIO as it clearly adds another significant barrier of entry to other smaller companies trying to break their duopoly... but would you expect anything different from a government that sought only to do a deal with the big 3 and ignore everyone else?
It's akin to doing a deal with Coles and Woolworths, and expect them to look after the corner delis.
