I am struggling to believe that BRM have not made a pre open announcement this morning.

The Directors must surely have known sometime ago that WNI were going to reach its target of 50% and therefore should have had an immediate announcement prepared to assist its shareholders.

It doesn't need to be an elaborative statement just genuine.

Something like we reiterate our advice DO NOT ACCEPT THE WNI OFFER AS WE ARE CERTAINLY NOT AND WILL NOT WITHOUT BRING OUR LOYAL AND FAITHFUL SHAREHOLDERS WITH US.

Time to show some real leadership to shareholders.
