Looks like BRM is doing WNI's bidding. I guess IOH would expect cash for their excess tenements rather than WNI scrip.
Makes sense that BRM expand its resources in the area around Marillana, although they may be outbid. Don't know anything about the tenements being offloaded by IOH, but 77 million tonnes is a useful addition.
