You are right and as I said for what it is worth. ASIC/ASX are like the Minister for Mirrors "they are always looking into it" but nothing ever seems to happen.

I suppose at the end of the day they have to find legal evidence that will stack up in court if challenged and whilst we all know whats going on its what you can prove legally in court that matters.
