Thank you for the update.

I guess the main point that WR should be aware of is that, having created a very specific expectation of an announcement on the resource upgrade by today, at the very least BRM should have updated the market by today with some details of any known delays and a new timeline for the expected announcement.

He risks creating the impression with investors that if BRM can't manage to keep to their own deadlines regarding such simple matters, what should we expect of them regarding their ability to meet complex project milestones?

This is definitely not a case where 'Silence is golden'!
