BRN 2016

I want to touch on what can shareholders expect in 2016 from BRN.

+ additional partner agreements and license deal (from both technology partners and OEM customers)
+ additional patents filed/granted
+ additions to the operations (CEO) and commercialization (VP of Sales) teams

These are the known major developments on-going with BRN at the moment that will be achieved throughout the year.

There will be at least one licensing deal this year and it will be a major company, however not F500 IMO. F500's take time and cannot be the test runs for the chip, they need BRN to have some sort of test run with another company before committing to time and resources.

The $150K outlined for the CEO and VP of Sales are recruitment costs only. A top tier CEO will cost BRN from 250k upwards, plus options.

For the $1.1M outlined for the "capital expenditure for chips" is for test running the chip design. The tech is currently working in FPGA and within the next 12 months the same design will integrate into a development chip.

As for the branding -- again not of much importance  -- has been lackluster. The website in un-professional and is inconsistent with logo's, color schemes, information, poorly displayed Microsoft Word charts and so forth, same for the announcements. This is an issue for bringing on new investors interested in the company as brand representation is a key player in deciding whether or not to invest, especially in a company that doesn't generate any revenue. Theme isn't consistent in the announcements now or reflected in the website, it looks like 2 different brands. Even recently, the BrainChip logo has changed to blue. They are currently working on a new website that should be launched in a month or two.

BrainChip has delivered everything they've promised earlier than predicted. Things might change for the better or worse but 2016 will be an interesting year.
