what I haven't seen many people pick up on is that BRN was added to the All Ords AND the ASX300 this time. The big thing about that is it is unusual to be added to the ASX300 AND not already be in the All Ords. The All Ords is the top 500 (by value) so BRN was not in the top 500 a quarter ago and now is in the top 300! That is a meteoric rise!! That is what got me really excited about topping up at least a week before the rebalance. I do believe BRN has unlimited potential and this is really the first recognition of that. Lots of ETFs use the All Ords as part of their method for stock picking. When BRN gets to the ASX200 that will lead to a huge buying spree. So just a heads up that BRN is currently about 210 down in the ASX300. It needs to go up about 10% in value to be in the top 200. If it gets to that value prior to the next rebalance it will go into the ASX200. It is always worth tracking this stuff.
