Company Enters into an Equity Draw Agreement with LDA Capital

The short version. We give shares to LDA who then sell them on market within a certain time frame. Originally that period was 30 trading days, this has been reduced to 10 trading days for this call. At the end of that 10 day period, BRN receive 90% of the average sale price over that time.

LDA get the rest. They are betting they can sell those shares at a higher price than the 10 day average. If they do then they make more than just 10%. Opposite applies if they get it wrong and sell low.
