This is exactly my concern too and cannot quite overcome my suspicion.
While I am no expert in semi conductor industry, I can only infer from the facts presented to me. All the tech focused VC and PE, are not everyday mum and dad investors, they speak to upstream, mid stream, and down stream all the time, have access to management and therefore able to formulate their investment decision based on insider information presented to them.
But I don't see BRN receiving a cent from Tech based VC and PE.
The only funder exercised 15m share option at $0.2 two days ago to cash out on SP.
So, I am quite unsure whether I am missing out something in here
