Not sure if you've ever been in a senior management position in a tech company then left for whatever reason? I have and I can tell you that it usually involves a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which is what I'd surmise has happened in this case. And I don't believe the matter would be "market sensitive" per the ASX rules so no need for a statement to the market.
