I can assure you the source is impeccable or I wouldn't have posted on the subject....but I'm certainly not going to divulge details on a public forum. My understanding is that his departure is due to his discomfort at the "new commercial attitude" of Brainchip. Its not at all unusual for senior staff of takeover targets to depart in the 12-24 months after the acquisition.....happens all the time in this space. Looking forward to feeding some crow to the doubters in the near future.....
