In case you are genuinely asking the difference - there is more than one type of neural network.
The pictures you're putting up of 'competitors' chips are what is called a 'convolutional neural network'
Brainchip's akida is a 'spiking neural network'.
They are not the same.
Your comparison of these chips to akida is like trying to compare carrots to apples. Both are groceries, however, the carrot is a vegetable and the apple is a fruit.
If you're genuinely interested in Brainchip then I would suggest you thoroughly do your own research.
