Stocktraderman - Neil is not CEO, he is a non-exec director. Lets be clear, they have not broken every ASX disclosure rule. They have not necessarily broken any ASX disclosure rule. If the Board deemed the alliance as non market sensitive and can provide justification i.e. they haven't even put together a project development plan with Advisian yet (this means nothing has happened yet!), then how is this market sensitive?
