I was talking with a colleague based in the US regarding BRN shares. I mentioned they are traded in the US. He actively trades and was curious about BRN when I mentioned its stellar performance and potential. He had not heard of it. When he finally found it, he said it was an OTC or pink sheet stock which he does not touch. He was surprised at the size of the BRN market cap considering it was pink sheet. I am curious whether BRN will ever list for real on a US exchange. Compliance costs are generally the reason why companies are OTC and investors are wary of such companies.
