Those 60,000 appeared to be a day trader getting out overnight - hence the offer of $0.25.
I know the bots sell small parcels either way and often 'tweak' the closing price.
But manipulation - it's all in your head.
And if you don't want the cranks worrying you just put them on ignore or log off HotCopper.
