Their attempt ahead of an AGM to position themselves favourably for their current level of remuneration and Long Term Incentives is disgraceful.
Instead of informing shareholders of their future prospects they instead attempt to validate their own existence.
Things have to change.
If there was ever a time to vote in an independent shareholder then it is clear to me that the time is now.
We have an opportunity at this current AGM to vote in an independent non executive director and I would urge all shareholders to seriously consider their voting at this AGM
I've never experienced this level of self gratification and explanation before with a publicly listed company. They have even paid an external consultant $68k (i'm assuming USD) to attempt to validate their existence...
I am going to speak with Stephen Liebeskind after Easter to see what he has to say.
At this stage and prior to speaking with him I will be voting for his election.
