Correct but could they have been working with a third party who was in fact testing lets say Socionext USA it being Renesas USA who are the contracting party to the IP deal.
Socionext did say they were looking forward to assisting with the commercialisation of the AKIDA product range.
If this is the case which other Socionext customers might be about to jump.
No idea and wild speculation of course so do not take any notice of my thoughts on this subject.
