He is certainly a handsome Dude and a good age for us.
Old enough to have experience and wisdom in the ways of corporate culture and to have established great contacts, but hopefully not too old and set in his ways for next generational thinking.
Certainly a good bridge for the next decade, shaping and establishing us as a commercial entity and relieving Peter from the day to day management and promotional stuff, freeing up his time for next steps research and development.
