IMO There is nothing suss here in the slightest.
It's great news that they are on the hunt for a US based CEO. They will have a better understanding of the Silicon Valley/US based tech markets. Potential here to open up more networks and avenues for licensing ventures.
M2 on the way, with a clear outline of where the company is going (as outlined in the investor presentation).
