Thanks for posting. I used that site to check my speed against my BigPond plan and discovered that Telstra have once again introduced a raft of new plans without telling their customers. Found out that with a few clicks of the mouse I could get double the broadband speed for the same price.
They really are the kings of customer service, aren't they? Princes among men.
If you're an existing BigPond customer, check your plan against the new plans NOW!!!
