when I was in the game the top-tier telcos were basically going nuts trying to get the FTTN/NBN cash - I think regardless it's a massive job and SSM are well known in the industry - so Telstra, Optus, Axia (or a consortium of everyone, who knows) will bring them for something, somewhere. we'll just have to wait and see!
tbh, I didn't realise the ann was so close - I'm slightly more interested in SSM now :)
