re: broadband email...get iinet Who is your ISP? That is important because equipment used by different ISP's is DIFFERENT. Telstra put in some crap stuff at the beginning which gave ADSL a bad name. I use iiNet who install their own equipment and I have no trouble at all. I have IT son who set it up and who works for iiNet. He tells me and I keep up with others that many of the problems are in users computers....inadequate components etc. I operate behind a server and a terrific firewall + AVG. If you get a microsoft accredited engineer to set up your computer and access ADSL via iiNet you should have no problems. We all use the same copper cables, so from there you look at your computer and ISP.
