Guys, the only way ENG will get any BB customers is to get their existing user base to churn, tall order when most users stay with their current email addy (ISP).
Read : comfort zone, it's too hard.
Any BB startup now would find it extremely difficult to attract new user's. The general feeling is, I am connected already, WHY do I need to change?
I subscribe to ENG and I am not going to churn from my current ISP.
14 days to churn, Standup? unacceptable.
ENG will have to smarten that up.
Keep an eye on Internode, they have already co-populated a large number of exchanges and are Australia's third largest ISP and the first ISP to offer (directly/indirectly?) NakeDSL and VoIP, think Symbio/MNF.
Hope all you guys are doing ok in this current global mess. I will be a lot happier/wealthier when we get back to business.
