Yes, to get to non-BPL sites and offshore sites, the gatekeeper/access point is TLSs.
Also satellites have too much latency for streaming video, still, so TLS is still the dominant player there.
On the other hand TLS's retail side seem to be seeing an increase in competition/competitors.
