TENDERS for the $4.7 billion rollout of the national fast broadband network could be awarded by mid-2008, federal Communications Minister Stephen Conroy said..........as reported by the newspapers today.........so i havent heard hutchison applying ,i have read they have more customers signed up so they have increased revenue and they also have been cutting costs....i think next year could be the one .they have been talking a break even lets hope its soon.....
