I only hope the yanks don't open their mouths too much or take the stumps and go home if they don't like it and this may have an impact on Telstra SP.
It is not a matter of 'OPEN ACCESS' for the FTTN but 'HOW MUCH TO CHARGE FOR WHOLESALE'. The builder need to get a return on revenue at a reasonable market value.
Optus got the OPEL Network. It would be a farce if they also got the FTTN.
